- 8:40 AM – Setup (Need a few bodies to help, so please come early if you can)
- 9:00 AM SHARP – Warm Up
- 9:10 AM – Positional and Play Review
- 9:25 AM – Pre Game Warm Up
- 9:40 AM – Scrimmage
- 11:00 AM – Post Game Drinks and Review
- Essentials to bring – Water, sunscreen, cleats, mouthguard, snacks
